Refund Policy

We have a 5 day return policy, which means you have 5 days after ordering your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your package says delivered via tracking on the system and you didn’t receive, we are not to responsible for this, as the tracking confirms you the buyer has the product or products, this will be up to the customer to take it further with Royal Mail and not us

If you don’t receive the product or products within 7 days, only then you can email us about this so we can chase it up for you. Nothing can be done until the product or products are announced lost via tracking, after 7-10 days, only then after you will be sent a replacement only 


To start a return, you can contact us at bodyblitzbrownproducts@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address to send the product back with fees already paid for you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
Your refund will not include the postage payment you made when ordering

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you do not contact us within 24hrs of receiving your product and there has been damage to the product you will not be refunded nor can you return the item and get a new one 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Open items cannot be returned, they must be in origanal plastic sealed packaging. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
